Sky Romantic Mini Framed Print Bundle
Dimensions: 8.5" W x 8.5" H
These archival prints are float-mounted on natural linen, which provides a 1" border between the print and frame. The pieces are offered in our lucite frame. The prints themselves are subtly blind embossed with our monogram in the bottom right hand corner. The frames are equipped with wire to be hung either vertically or horizontally.
Surface gloss can be maintained by using a soft cloth and specialty plastic cleaner or polish, following cleaning fluid container instructions.
Begin by gently blowing away any loose dust or dirt from the lucite surface. Using a mild soap solution or a plastic cleaner and a non-abrasive lint-free cloth, wipe the surface using light pressure. To remove grease, oil, or tar deposits use hexane or kerosene followed by a soap solution.
Fine scratches may be removed by hand polishing with a plastic polish scratch remover. Remove all residue and polish with a soft cloth.
Framed prints are custom framed once they are ordered. Allow 4-6 weeks for framing and delivery. Expedited options may be available by emailing email@example.com.
This item is fully refundable if returned within 30 days of delivery.
This mini framed print bundle includes a Sky Chintamani - Mini Framed Print, a Teal Vines Suzani - Mini Framed Print, and a Golden Pomegranate Suzani - Mini Framed Print. The Sky Chintamani - Mini Framed Print depicts a vintage textile created in Turkey and reveals a traditional Turkish design, known as the chintamani - three dots placed over two curved lines. This iconic motif is thought to originate from Buddhist philosophy and represent a wish-granting jewel. Repeated patterns such as these are characteristic of the decorative textiles found along the Silk Road. The original textile was created with a crochet technique and is made from silk thread on a silk-cotton blend backing. The Teal Vines Suzani - Mini Framed Print and the Golden Pomegranate Suzani - Mini Framed Print are suzani embroidery, which is a classic Central Asian textile characterized by flowers and meandering vines, made with a tambour hook. Though Uzbek stitched, the motif presented here is Turkish - a tree of life. Suzani tree of life designs represent three spheres: the roots spring from the underworld, the trunk rises through the terrestrial world, and the branches reach the heavens. These textiles are traditionally used as wall hangings or as a woman's marriage dowry, as the fruit designs are symbolic of fertility. The suzani's decorative embroidery is also thought to possess a protective element.
